Brad arrived on stage to the rap song of “all the way up” and was given a big round of applause, being well respected and admired by follow speakers as well as the audience.

Brad said everyone is in sales, and told the story of how as a child selling cakes at school he sold more than anyone even selling other children’s stock of cakes, when he has sold his.

He then told the story of how he got Grant on board his virtual training platform which took five to seven years depending if you ask Grant or Brad. Once on the ( LightSpeedVT) platform, Grant has never looked back and Cardone University sales training programme is the back bone of Grants sales.


Brad said his business has took fifteen years to reach were He is today, and then proceeded to talk about the zero to LightSpeedVT five factors for success.

1: Take a chance: “Before anyone accomplished anything –someone had to take a chance”. Brad said turning up here is a chance and you may meet or network with someone here, that could lead to a future business.


2: Solve Problems: If you want a million dollars, solve a million problems. Brad thinks of starting a business as solving little puzzles for people thus providing a solution to their problems. Here is Brad video advice on starting business, which is the essence of solving problems for people.


3: Make Adjustment: There is no key to success, it’s a combination. Rather than try and take on Titians in your field and get crunched, pivot your business making changes. You have got to be better than at what you do than others, is from day one as Brad says in this video no business gets paid to be bad at what they do.


4: Train Your Backside Off: Training is not something you did, it is something you do. Top companies train all the time. Brad as do other successful people recommend training.
Train regularly, keep sharpening the saw, the military train for a reason and so should you and your staff, everyday, month and yearly.


5: Never Stop: Brad said you know what it you want than you should make a ninety day plan and if that has not achieved what you want make another ninety day plan and keep going till you succeed.


Brad talked about how he started his business, he sold cars, became a successful car sale’s person, and graduated to being car sales leader and then progressed to running his own car sales training business with his own sales programme car leasing sale software.

Brad soon realised he could not be in every place at once, teaching everyone, there had to be a solution to this problem and others may have that problem too.


Then the idea of building a virtual platform came about but he need the platform built and found a person to do it, due to costs, he made the person a business partner with an equity stake and LightSpeedVT was born.
