Review of Grant Cardone’s Millionaire Booklet

In this forty four page booklet Grant Cardone goes through ten chapters on how to (in Grant Cardone opinion) become a millionaire (Grant Cardone’s is a multi-millionaire himself) and this booklet will give you the basic template to follow also here.

Inspired by attending a charity event, were everyone wanted to give a large amount of money but did not have the means to do so, one person did and gave a million to the charity event, everyone at the event wished they were that person said Grant and he went home and wrote this booklet to help people become rich.

Grant Cardone starts with chapter one “Getting Rich is not a Fantasy” which says you can become rich and got to want to get rich, and not just be happy with whatever your circumstances are.

In chapter two “ Where you get your advice” Grant Cadone says there is a lot of false information about be careful who you get your advice from, don’t listen to quitters, losers and people who have not got rich, he says those who are born poor and middle class will inherent the beliefs of the poor and middle class. To get rich you need action and a strategy, this booklet will help.

In chapter three “The Millionaire Decision” Grant Cardone says while a belief and desire to get rich are needed, you also need the millionaire mind set; you need to lose the working class or middle class mind set, to help you do this you can use a dairy planner and Grant Cardone has a 10X Planner made just for that reason, so you can write down every day (morning and night) your goals and desires and plans.

In chapter four, Grant Cardone suggests as its title says that you “Do the millionaire maths” by doing this you create the possibility and then create a strategy, Grant Cardone gives examples of this such as; selling items for $278 to 300 people for twelve months and goes through other examples.

In chapter five Grant Cardone says “Increase Your Income” you have done the maths, no you must add to your income with new income streams. Sell items you no longer want, get a second job, start doing something, and take responsibility don’t moan or complain, do whatever it takes (ethically) to gain prosperity. You are a business, operate like one, and you can still be rich working for the right business, working with entrepreneurs in on the ground as with Microsoft etc.

In chapter six “Who’s got my money”, Grant Cardone says concentrate on your customers who will buy your products, service or ideas, and don’t waste your time on those who will not buy. Sales are everything, so focus on those with the money. Grant Cardone goes on to further to explain this principle in the chapter.

In chapter seven “Stay Broke” says Grant Cardone but not poor, make your money make money put it in accounts that will earn the best interest, to fund future investment (along the lines of pay yourself first before the bills) accumulate money don’t spend it or waste it. Don’t let financial success stop you from getting more money (resting on your laurels) always be broke. Grant Cardone has a formula “Idea + Hard Work x Time +Discipline = Success”.

“Pay the Price today so you can pay any price tomorrow”

In chapter eight “Save to Invest, Don’t Save to Save” says Grant Cardone and don’t gamble with your money make it a sure thing that you invest in. Most people don’t have the funds to invest in a deal to make a big pay off, the rich make big plays not little ones. You need money, discipline, knowledge, confidence and courage to make the right decision on the investment.

In chapter nine “Multiple Flows of Income” Grant Cardone says that is the holy grail of creating financial freedom and true wealth. This does not mean starting different types of business or services but starting symbolic businesses; products, services, sales or ideas that have parallel synergies with the main income, however say Grant Cardone you must never turn your back on your main income flow.

Chapter ten “Repeat, Reinforce and Hyper focus” Grant Cardone says in the final part of the Millionaire booklet. For wealth to prosper you need to focus on increasing your income and who it is that has your money, also you need to invest in your knowledge, self improvement and put that learning in to action. You may well need to change your environment, make new networking connections, and lose old connections otherwise you will never make it as a millionaire.

 Grant Cardone gives an example of how to improve with this with a warning; spending on things that are a waste of money is not an investment in your wealth. It will be harder, or maybe easier to achieve this goal but remember you must change who you mix and do business with and you must persist in your endeavor to become a millionaire.
