Rule 04: Focus On Your Dreams! It’s an old cliche, if you don’t have a dream, how are you going to have a dream come true? Mr Cardone recommends writing down your goals and desires everyday and in particular perhaps, you may want to have a picture of the dream on your desk, car or bedroom or some item that reminds of that dream as inspiration to achieve it.

Rule 05: Exercise – Take Care of Your Energy Unit. Your body is the only one you have and you need to take care of it says Mr Cardone. It’s not enough to to move about doing everyday tasks, you need to workout. Set yourself a workout schedule and stick to it, you will feel better about yourself, it does not have to be long or exhausting but it must be regular.

Rule 06: Food is Fuel! You are what you eat, and putting rubbish in your body, isn’t going to help you cope and give you energy that you need to keep you going through the day and night. So don’t eat junk food, processed ready made food, but do eat small portions of quality ingredients, five times over your day, is best.
